Conflict Resolution Day in Wyoming 2016
Join us for several events during the week of October 17-21 as we celebrate Conflict Resolution Day 2016 in Wyoming. Conflict Resolution Day is held on the third Thursday of October and was started by the Association of Conflict Resolution to help promote awareness of mediation, arbitration and other creative means of resolving conflicts. In Wyoming, we work to encourage the use of mediation and other ADR process for a wide variety of issues.
October 13 Webinar - "Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Wyoming." Hear from various groups and organizations around the state who are offering some type of alternative dispute resolution service. Speakers include the Wyoming Dept. of Education, Natrona County Restorative Justice, the State of Wyoming, The Center for Resolution in Teton County and more. October 21 Webinar – "How Not To Wage War on Social Media." We'll discuss effective communication and conflict resolution strategies for online conversations.
